This option is most suitable for the speakers who are unable to attend the congress due to their schedule conflicts, visa issues and others. Interestingly, most of the speakers were utilizing this novel time saving option. We are offering an exciting new way to participate in the congress, even if you can’t be there in person. Via Video Presentation, you can deliver an oral presentation ( pre-recorded HD video).
Note : The presenter is not required to be present in person at the congress.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 45 days of the congress start date. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@physicaltherapyconferences.org – Refunds will be processed based on the date of cancellation, only after the congress completion:
Cancellation before 60 days of the congress start date will receive a full refund, less a $99 towards the processing fee.
Cancellation within 60 days of the congress start date is non-refundable.
Note: No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, pandemics, visa issues, flight/travel difficulties, health issues, etc., or other conditions or circumstances beyond the congress committee's control.
